Modern estates and young families
Greenstone Hill is a newer development of security estates and complexes around the Greenstone shopping area. Most homes have modern appliances, including inverter fridges, front-loader washing machines and split aircons, many bought at the same time the home was built.
Estate access needs pre-registration, so give us your estate and unit number when you book.
Front loaders and smells
A musty smell from a front loader comes from damp in the door seal and detergent drawer. Leave the door and drawer open after each wash, and run a hot empty cycle every month.
