Why is my Samsung fridge warm but the freezer cold?
On most larger Samsung fridges, the fridge has its own fan and evaporator. If that fan stops or the evaporator ices over, the fridge warms while the freezer carries on as normal.
Why is there ice behind the back panel of my Samsung fridge?
The defrost system isn't clearing the evaporator, usually because of a failed heater or sensor. Ice builds up until it blocks the airflow.
