Before you call, make sure the remote is set to cool mode (a snowflake icon) and not fan or dry mode, and that the temperature is set below the room temperature. Clean the indoor filters, and check the outdoor unit isn't blocked by plants or debris. If the aircon still blows warm air, it needs a technician.
