Every repair and installation carries a 6-month guarantee on the work we do. If the same fault comes back in that time, we come back and sort it out.
We find the real fault, not the expensive one
A lot of repair bills are bigger than they need to be because someone guessed. We test first. A few real examples from our recent jobs:
- In Germiston, a customer was sure their Whirlpool dryer needed a new element. It was a lint filter packed solid. We cleared it and serviced the dryer, and they didn't pay for a part they didn't need.
- In Sandhurst, a Miele washer roaring on spin sounded like worn bearings. It was a bra underwire stuck behind the drum.
- In Waterkloof, gas burners that wouldn't stay lit needed a thermocouple, not a new hob.

No. The R350 call-out covers the visit and the diagnosis. If you go ahead with the repair, the call-out is waived and you only pay the fixed repair price we quoted. If you decide not to repair, you only pay the R350 call-out.
