Central Randburg homes and flats
Ferndale is one of Randburg's central suburbs, with older freestanding homes, a lot of flats, and businesses towards the Randburg CBD and Hendrik Verwoerd Drive. In the flats, space is tight: washing machines are squeezed into kitchens and fridges into alcoves, which makes leaks and overheating more likely.
We regularly work with landlords and body corporates here, and we can send quotes directly to them.
Washing machine leaks in flats
A small leak under a washing machine in a flat can damage the unit below. If you see water on the floor, turn off the tap behind the machine and don't run it again until it's checked.
