Frequently asked questions
Is the LG Direct Drive motor reliable?
Very. Most LG faults are in pumps, valves, door locks and sensors rather than the motor.
What does FE mean?
The machine is overfilling, usually because the inlet valve is stuck open. Turn off the tap and book a repair.
Can someone else let you in?
Yes. We'll send the diagnosis and quote to you on WhatsApp and only start once you approve.
